Recipients include Boris Yamnitsky (CEO and Founder of Boris FX), Peter McAuley (Continuum Senior Product Manager), Jason Clement (Continuum Lead Engineer), and Mike Escola (Release Engineering). “I am delighted and humbled to have Continuum recognized by the Television Academy. This summer marked the 30th anniversary of Boris FX and my first Continuum release (1995),” states Boris Yamnitsky. “When I started Boris FX in my parents’ basement, my goal was to fill a need in the emerging NLE market as the first-ever plugin collection. Since then, we have strived to keep Continuum at the forefront of new technologies, including AI, developing groundbreaking visual effects, tools, and workflows that allow the television post-production community to work at its creative best.” “I love having this much control over the look of my work and being able to audition things right in Continuum on the spot. That goes for filters, compositing, and color — especially if I have to do something like complex motion tracking,” remarks Bradinn French, Emmy Award-winning editor, *A Black Lady Sketch Show* (HBO), *Washington Black* (Hulu), and A*merican Horror Story* (FX). “I don’t want to round-trip through a third-party app or ship it to a VFX house and wait for it if I don’t have to or if I just need to see if something is going to work. I can do it right here and send it through various cuts while still being able to tweak to my eye or to a director’s eye.”  Over its storied history, Continuum has grown to become the plugin industry’s most comprehensive collection with new AI-driven tools and effects, compositing, tracking, keying, color grading, lighting, motion graphics, and particle effects. Its wide variety of features empowers editors and artists to create stunning imagery within the comfort of their preferred NLE, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Foundry Nuke, DaVinci Resolve and Fusion, Final Cut Pro, and VEGAS Pro. Customers include A&E Networks, ABC News, Bunim-Murray Productions, CBS Sports, Discovery Communications, FX Network, HBO Studio Productions, Marvel, Turner Studios, WWE, and many more.  “We’d like to thank all the editors, VFX artists, and mograph designers who continue to choose Continuum to help tell the stories we all gather around to watch,” ends Yamnitsky. “Your artistry inspires us daily and is the driving force behind our dedication to delivering the tools you need most.” [Continuum](https://borisfx.com/products/continuum/) joins Boris FX sister products [Sapphire](https://borisfx.com/products/sapphire/), [Mocha Pro](https://borisfx.com/products/mocha-pro/), and [Silhouette](https://borisfx.com/products/silhouette/) as honorees of Engineering, Science & Technology Emmy® Awards (2019).  The awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday, October 14, at the Television Academy’s Saban Media Center in North Hollywood, California.
