Effective June 1, 2022, all perpetual licenses will only be eligible to renew their Upgrade and Support contract with standard renewal pricing at the contract expiration date, which includes a 30-day grace period.
A perpetual license will never cease to function, but any Upgrade and Support contract that expires without renewal will be subject to Upgrade and Support Reinstatement pricing.
Any Upgrade and Support contracts that have not been renewed for more than 36 months from the initial contract expiration date will be considered canceled, and will no longer be eligible for any reinstatement.
If a customer owns a perpetual license with a canceled Upgrade and Support contract, a new license or subscription must be purchased to access the latest version of our products.
