Boris FX Acquires iZotope, the Award-Winning Leader in Intelligent Audio Technology

Miami, FL, U.S.A. — July 2, 2026 — Boris FX, the Academy and Emmy Award-winning visual effects software developer trusted by over one million creators worldwide, announces the acquisition of iZotope. Its acclaimed audio production tools, honored with one Academy Award and two Emmy Awards, include RX, Ozone, Neutron, and Nectar. The acquisition positions Boris FX as a unified home for professional tools spanning the full spectrum of audio and video post-production.

iZotope products anchor the world's leading studios, post houses, and broadcast facilities. RX, the industry standard in audio repair and restoration, is used on most major film and television productions.
